8 Limbs of Yoga 

Explore the eight steps from within the Yoga Sutras that act as guidelines to live a meaningful and purposeful life - a prescription for moral and ethical conduct and self-discipline - they direct attention toward one's health and help us to acknowledge the spiritual aspects of our nature.
