Life Happens - If unable to attend please cancel your reservation within 2hrs of class or appointment start time. PLEASE NOTE: (1) Reservation Cancellations are not accepted via voicemail, email or text. (2) Please log'in and visit 'Account / My Bookings' to manage bookings. (3) Refunds are not available for missed reservations or special events. (4) Members accrue a $5 Missed Reservation Fees for any missed Classes and a $10 fee for any missed Special Events or Workshops. Sorry, no exceptions. (5) Serial "Reservation Missers" will have online reservation privileges suspended.
