NO REFUNDS
All sales are final and will not be refunded; including portions of unused packages or missed, unattended classes, workshops, events, or private appointments. 

ACTIVATION DATES

Purchases activate on Date of Purchase unless specific Start Date is selected.

 

EXPIRATION DATES
Purchases are valid for a predetermined length of time. Expiration dates on purchases ensure that the item is used within a specified time frame so in accordance with its current value. Expiration dates may not be revised, modified, or placed on hold. Unused portions of any purchase are not redeemable beyond expiration dates. 

NON-TRANSFERABLE
Purchases are redeemable only for specified purchase. Dollar values may not be transferred and applied to other services or products. 

MAY NOT BE SHARED

Purchased items are only redeemable by the individual with the purchase on their account. Class packages, workshops, events, or appointments may not be gifted or shared with third party individuals.   

PURCHASE COMPATIBILITY
Please note that not all promotional offers may be compatible with existing purchases. When purchasing multiple offers please be advised that all purchases are utilized in the order they are purchased and not in accordance with purchase expiration dates. Sorry, no exceptions.

STUDIO UPDATES
Sutra Studios reserves the right to modify class schedules, class times, class styles and associated staff. Refunds or partial refunds are not available due to any type of studio update. 

RETAIL PURCHASES 

All sales are final. Products purchased from a Sutra Studio's retail location are not eligible for return unless they are returned to the studio within 7-days from day of purchase with valid purchase receipt. All items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. Sutra Studios reserves the right to refuse a requested return. 

TEACHER TRAINING

Three-Day Cancellation: An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within three (3) days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal or state holidays) of purchase is entitled to a refund; minus the Application Fee.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive no later than ten (10) minutes prior to reservation times. Late arrivals may forfeit their reservation time. Refunds are not available for late arrivals. 

 

RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations are required to secure attendance for all classes, events, workshops, and appointments. Walk-ins are welcome but space cannot be guaranteed, regardless of package, without a reservation. Reservations can only be made with a pre-purchased hold. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted.

 

THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS
Reservations cannot be made in the name of a third party. Each attendee must reserve individually for any specific class, workshop, event, or appointment.

 

RESERVATION TRANSFERS
Reservations may not be transferred to the name of a third party. Reservations will only be accepted by the originator of the reservation.

 

RESERVATION FORFEIT
Reservations will only be held until class / appointment start time; at which time reservations will be forfeited and given away to wait-listed guests. Missed Reservation policies will still apply.

NEW STUDENT WAIVER
Reservations may not be held with the completion and record of Studio Waiver.

 

MISSED RESERVATION FEES

Members accrue a $10 fee for any missed Classes and a full ticket value balance due for any missed Special Events or Workshops. Sorry, no exceptions. Serial "Reservation Missers" will have online reservation privileges suspended.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION

Class Reservations must be cancelled within 4-hours of start time. Event Reservations may not be cancelled. Refunds are not available for missed or cancelled reservations. Reservation Cancellations via voicemail, email or text are not accepted.

ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive no later than ten (10) minutes prior to all scheduled appointment times to ensure necessary preparation time. Arriving at scheduled appointment start time will shorten allotted appointment time.
 
APPOINTMENT RESERVATIONS
Reservations are required to secure appointment times. Reservations can only be made with a pre-purchased hold. Unpaid reservations will not be accepted. Walk-in appointments are not available.


APPOINTMENT TIMES
All appointments begin and end promptly on time. Any late arrivals will impact treatment time length. No exceptions.

Missed reservations forfeit the purchase utilized to secure the reservation.

MEMBER POLICIES

Membership Privileges​

INTRODUCTION
Memberships at Sutra Studios include: Monthly Membership and Annual Memberships. All Membership Plans, Membership Agreements, the Club Rules and Regulations may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of the Sutra Studios.

 

STUDIO FACILITIES & ONLINE PROGRAMS
Sutra Studios offers levels of membership that enable access to the studio's outstanding Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Group Fitness, Meditation, Special Events, Workshops, Specified Training, and Social Activities. These facilities are located within any Sutra Studios physical location or online with Inside Sutra's virtual classes. Additional costs may apply to specified activities. 


STUDIO PRIVILEGES 

Sutra Studios offers Full Memberships that include specific privileges associated with each category of membership are are more fully described in the Membership Plans. The Club may offer certain other memberships and use privileges as described.

NON EQUITY MEMBER

Sutra Studios maintains all club facilities and all major decisions regarding the operation;  including management, staffing, hours of operation, policies, programming, and maintenance and improvements. Sutra Studios Members are responsible only for membership monthly dues and any additional charges the individual member may accrue. Memberships are non equity and members therefore are not subject to either operating or capital assessments. 

MEMBER ADVANTAGES

Member advantages are non-transferable and are only intended for use by the enrolled member. Any services rendered under false pretenses will result in the immediate termination of said agreement.

Payment Agreement

PAYMENT INSTALLMENTS 
Payment Installments are collected until client cancels membership. 

 

NO REFUNDS

Payment Installments are non-refundable and may not be applied to other services or dates. 

Fees

MISSED RESERVATION FEE
Missed Appointment accrue a $25 Missed Reservation Fee. 

Missed Class Reservations accrue a $10 Missed Reservation Fee. 

Missed Event / Workshop Reservations accrue remainder of balance due on total ticket cost.

DECLINED PAYMENT FEE

Payment Installment Declined Charges will immediately terminate membership.

 

CHARGEBACK FEE
No refunds are available. Returned Charges will accrue a $25 Chargeback Fee 

Cancellation

PAYMENT INSTALLMENT TERMINATION

Cancellation of Payment Installments may be completed by client accessing their individual Account and terminating the Payment Contract Agreement. Payment Installments collected prior to termination will not be refunded. 

OUTSTANDING BALANCE 
Early Cancellation of Payment Installments will immediately collect all Outstanding Balances on Private Account; including Unpaid Services, Missed Reservation Fees, Declined  Payment Installment Fees, or Chargeback Fees.

PARTICIPATION STATEMENT

That I am participating in fitness classes, during which I will receive information and instruction, and I recognize that these classes will require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and am fully  aware of the risks and hazards that may be involved.  
 

RESPONSIBILITY

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to, and regarding my participation in any class.  I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation.  


RISK

In consideration of being permitted to participate in class, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known and unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program.  


CLAIMS

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in class, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Sutra Studios, the instructor, the owner, or any participating venues for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes or workshops. 

 
INJURY

That if I participate in other classes or events with Sutra Studios I will also assume full responsibility for any injuries that may result from my participation, with the same considerations that this waiver stipulates for all activities.

COVID POLICIES

PARTICIPATION STATEMENT
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and variants and that the CDC recommends practicing social distancing and masks.
 
PREVENTATIVE MEASURES
I acknowledge that Sutra Studios has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19 and variants.

SYMPTOM FREE
I acknowledge that I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell when in attendance.

ASSUMED RISK 
I acknowledge that Sutra Studios cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19 and I understand that I assume the risk by attending.
 
CLEAN HEALTH
I acknowledge that I have not been diagnosed with Coronavirus/Covid-19, nor have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case when in attendance.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
At Sutra Studios the privacy and security of your personal information and billing information is very important to us. Whether you are an active member, previous member, an email subscriber, or an occasional visitor, you can trust that the information that you have provided to us is being properly managed and protected. Information is not shared nor sold. Sutra is committed to collecting and using your information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Sutra Studios collects and use personal information if you make a purchase, reservation, participate in an event, or enroll as a subscriber.  Information is collected directly from clients, or is submitted by existing clients to direct friends. We collect information through our online booking and studio management software and our online subscriptions. Information is used to inform clients of current and upcoming events, promotions, studio updates and personal client contact needs. 

UNSUBSCRIBE

Sutra Studios clients are required to disclose all personal information on their liability forms but are not required to maintain an active subscription to studio emails and marketing. Clients are not required to remain subscribed; however, unsubscribing from studio notifications will deactivate your account and limit a client's ability to make future reservations or participate in loyalty program.
