The space is amazing! I went to a Saturday pop up class (for free!) and ended up joining the next day. The space itself is beautiful and the teachers are great. I especially love the flow classes! - Britney

I wish I could shout this from the rooftops: THIS IS THE STUDIO YOU HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR! Stop your search yogis, this is where you belong!  I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the owner, Rebecca. Rebecca lead an all levels flow in the main studio and I can’t speak highly enough in regards to her teaching style. Her directions were clear and inviting. The pace was perfectly timed... not too fast, not too slow. The music was blissful and I could still hear her loud and clear while hearing the beat of every song. The studio itself is clean and organized with lots of goodies for sale. My favorite part of Sutra is that it’s family owned and operated. Rebecca owns the studio with her husband and her son was helping with the front desk. I felt good that I was giving my money to a LITERAL mom and pop shop and that this local business would sincerely appreciate my membership. I am officially hooked on sutra and can not wait for my next class. - Baylee

I found Sutra right before the pandemic hit and was already at home for the 2 months I got to enjoy the studio. When the closure happened, I was thrilled to see Rebecca and Matt offer classes online. We all navigated the new world together, figuring out how to find peace when everything else was so chaotic. Now that we're returning to the studio, it's great to see the same energy and vibe that made me love flowing here before still around, in addition to the amazing catalog of online classes now available for when I can't make it to the studio.
