I came to one class about two and a half years ago with my friend. I was in town visiting from Tampa, FL, and I talked with Rebecca about my hope/dream of moving to California sometime soon. Rebecca shared about how you all started the studio in 2008 in the midst of a financial crisis, and told me I should go for it. I was already going to go for it, to be honest, but Rebecca demonstrated such confidence that I could go after what I wanted that I felt really empowered and energized. I've thought back to that conversation a few times and wanted to say thanks--I ended up moving out here to Northern California a few months after that, and although my first job wasn't the best fit for me, I've found a new job that I am really excited about, and I think I'm going to stay here for at least a few more years and get settled.
