Life Happens - If unable to attend please cancel your reservation within 2hrs of class or appointment start time. (3) Refunds are not available for missed reservations or special events. (4) Members accrue a $5 Missed Reservation Fees for any missed Classes and a $10 fee for any missed Special Events or Workshops.
