Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellation, or appointment rescheduling, must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee and/or forfeiture of the scheduled appointment.
